PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING — By booking, you agree to these terms: • A card is required on file to book.
 • A non-refundable deposit is required when booking and goes toward your service.
 • Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
 • Deposits can transfer to a rescheduled appointment if changed 24+ hrs before.
 • Cancellations within 24 hrs or no-shows = 100% service charge. 
• No-shows may also be blocked from future bookings.
 • Your card will only be charged if cancellation/no-show policy is violated.
 • 10-minute grace period — If later, service may be adjusted but full amount still charged.
 • Chronic lateness may result in being blocked from booking.
 • Book correctly — unsure what to choose? Message me on Instagram. 
• New clients: Book “FOREIGN REMOVAL” if removing previous work. Failure to do so may result in canceled appointment and full charge.
 • Repairs (chips/lifts/breaks) are complimentary within 48 hours of your appointment. No fixes for shape, color change, art, or length. 
• ALL services are final, No refunds.
 • Drinks are allowed, NO food, smoking (including vapes), pets, or extra guests.
