CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING — By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies: • A valid card is required to be kept on file to book. • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. • Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if changes are made 24+ hours prior. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. • No-show clients may be blocked from future bookings. • Your card on file will only be charged if the cancellation or no-show policy is violated. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed; arriving later may result in a modified service while still being charged in full. • Repeated or chronic lateness may result in loss of booking privileges. • Clients are responsible for booking the correct services and add-ons. If unsure what to book, please contact me on Instagram before booking. • New clients: If you are removing work done by another technician, you must book FOREIGN REMOVAL. Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation and full charge. • Complimentary repairs for chips, lifting, or breaks are offered within 48 hours of your appointment. This does not include changes to shape, length, color, or nail art. • All services are final. No refunds. • Drinks are allowed. No food, smoking or vaping, pets, or extra guests are permitted.
